We take great pride in the strong pathways between the Bentleigh Junior Football Club and the Bentleigh Football Netball Club, which are key to the success and growth of both clubs.
We value our close relationship with the senior club, providing a lasting legacy and continuity for the Bentleigh community.
Each year, approximately 70% of our exiting U17.5 boys join the BFNC U19 program, and our U18 girls now continue this tradition with the Senior Women's Program at BFNC.
Past BJFC players have also returned as coaches and mentors, guiding current players.
Our Auskick program serves as an important feeder into BJFC, ensuring a smooth progression for young talent.
