Empowering Girls Through Football
Our Girls Gala Day is one of the highlights of the Bentleigh Junior Football Club calendar as we support Breast Cancer Network Australia.
Bentleigh Junior Football Club's annual Girls Gala Day is being held on the 15th June this year and we will once again be supporting Breast Cancer Network Australia.
We invite all BJFC families to donate to BCNA and wear pink and show our community spirit and dedication to the cause. Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in Australian women with one in seven diagnosed in their lifetime.
Over 20,000 women are expected to be diagnosed with breast cancer this year as well as over 170 men. Your support will help these women, men and families to not go through their journey alone.

The girls' football program at Bentleigh Junior Football Club creates a nurturing environment where young female athletes can thrive.
We empower girls to develop their skills, build confidence, and cultivate a passion for the sport.
Our Girls’ Gala Round fosters community among players, coaches, and families, establishing a strong network of support and encouragement. We prioritise inclusivity, ensuring that girls of all skill levels feel welcome and valued.
Overall, the girls' football program is a vital part of Bentleigh Junior Football Club, driving growth and support for women's sports within our community.
